Abstract: Because the faultiness of the theory of forecasting coal-gas-outburst and the complicatied relation of factors,it is hard for the classical mathematics to establish accurate model,The authors researche the method of setting up the information storeroom of forecasting coal-gas-outburst and sums up the structure of the storeroom,which settles the basis to found the Expert System and develops the researching field of forecasting coal-gas-outburst.
