Abstract: Since 1980s,along with general trend of development of comprehensive mechanization in coal mine, concentrated mining production and raising capacity of single coal face, the mining geology was demanded to meet higher and higher requirements of PE (precise exploration). Main coal-producing countries have put forth and developed respectively a lot of new prospecting technolongies to be carried over to the next century, which are suitable for PE. In the paper, ten new prospecting technologies carried over to next century for coal mine are introduced and reviewed.
