电磁波随钻遥测技术在钻井中的应用与发展

Application and development of electro-magnetic telemetry in drilling operation

  • 摘要: 随着钻井技术的发展,需要了解的井下信息越来越多,泥浆脉冲随钻信息传输难以满足智能化钻井要求。钻井液气体较多时泥浆脉冲方法也难以应用,而电磁波随钻遥测技术作为一种替代技术近年来发展很快。概述了电磁波发射传输的基本方式,对比分析了螺线管发射、环形线圈偶合与直接偶合方法的特点。同时,简介了国外电磁波随钻测量技术发展史、应用情况及研究进展。

     

    Abstract: With the development of drilling technology,more borehole information is needed to know while drilling and the mud pulse telemetry now hardly meets the requirement of intelligent drilling.Mud pulse MWD can not be used when too much gas or air in drilling fluid,and therefore electro-magnetic telemetry has speedily developed as an alternative.In this paper,basic transmission modes of electro-magnetic wave are discussed,the features for three transmission methods namely solenoidal,toroidal and direct coupled are analyzed in comparison.Development history of EM MWD,application situation and recent advancements are also introduced.
