Abstract: Based on the theories of pressure equilibrium,this paper puts forward the method of determining optimal depth of steel protective case.Combining with the results of indoor experiment,the composition and support of seawater drilling fluid are raised.Combining with the engineering,the reasonable layout of drilling fluid circulation system on the sea and the underwater ferroconcrete are summarized.The above mentioned techniques have the actual application on ocean foundation in the port,wharf and bridge.
