储冷对井治理深部矿井热害研究

摘要: 煤炭开采不断向深部发展,随之而来的热害问题也愈加严重。采用地层储冷技术,利用换能系统及储冷对井,治理井下热害。本文以夹河矿的地质条件、热力学及水力学参数为设计依据,运用数值模拟方法,分析了储冷对井储冷期顶板下40 m等温线和制冷期I-I剖面等温线,从理论上证明了储冷对井用于储冷和制冷的可行性。另外,储冷期末停采停灌期,储冷对井冷水体温度上升曲线分析表明,储冷对井所在储冷含水层具有良好的储冷效果。Abstract: With the development of economy,the coal mining goes deeper and deeper and the problem of heat-harm is worse.In order to control the heat-harm the technology of aquifers to store cold energy is utilized,together with heat exchange machine system and doublets wells.This paper takes Jiahe mine as an example to demonstrate.With its geological conditions,thermodynamic and hydraulic parameters,the isotherms of aquifers under 40 m in the period of cold energy storage and those of I-I profile in the period of refrigeration are analyzed.It is proved theoretically that this technology is feasible for storing and supplying cold energy.Moreover,curve of temperature rising in the well for cold energy storage presents the aquifers is effective for cold energy storage in the period of no pumping and no re-injection.
