  • 摘要: 针对通用箱式电阻烧结炉不能烧结直径大于250 mm钻头及烧结回、升温难以控制等问题,研制了可手动、自动、远程操作一体化的智能型钻头烧结炉。该烧结炉采用嵌入式电脑自动控制烧结升温曲线、回温速度、炉门和料车自动升降、高温热态端平烧结工件,并可预置多种功能参数,实现了烧结炉的智能控制,解决了大直径(<400 mm)钻头的烧结问题。

     

    Abstract: Because the traditional case-type sintering furnace has the difficulty to conduct the large diameter bit(larger than 250 mm) and the temperature is difficult to control.The new furnace is developed,which has many functions of IC(intelligent control) in sinter process by operating EIP(Embedded Intelligent Platforms),e.g.it's automatically monitoring the heating curve and the recovering velocity;lifting the skip;opening and closing the furnace door;leveling the sintering parts in a high temperature state,designing all kinds of functional parameter;forewarning the process of discharging and charging and so on.The new developed sintering furnace can sinter the large bit with diameter less than 400 mm.
