煤岩学在炼焦配煤中的应用——以宣钢焦化厂原料煤为例

Application of coal petrology to coking and coal-matching-case study in Coking factory of Xuanhua Steal Corporation

  • 摘要: 用煤岩学研究方法,对宣钢焦化厂的原料煤进行了煤岩显微组分、荧光和Rr测试,并对其按煤岩学方法配煤,进行了10 kg小焦炉试验。结果表明:2 7号煤可以单煤和部分配煤,所炼的焦炭机械强度M25最高可达85%,M10为10.2%。

     

    Abstract: The maceral,fluorescence and Rr of original coals for coking in Coking Factory of Xuanhua Steal Corporation were measured by means of coal petrology,while the small coking stove experiment of 10 kg was carried out.The study results show that the No.27 coal can be used independently or partially matched with other coal.Of the mechanical intensity of part coke M25 can be up to 85% and M10 can be to 10.2%.
