摘要: 以小波变换为基础,给出了一种高分辨率三瞬参数提取方法。模型计算和实际应用表明,该方法与其它方法相比,具有精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点。

Abstract: Based on the wavelet transformation,an extraction method of three instantaneous parameters with high resolution is given.Both the model calculation and the application of practical data indicate that this method has the advantages such as the higher precision and stronger antinoise performance comparing with other methods.
