煤岩学在炼焦配煤中的应用研究

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF COAL PETROLOGY IN COKING BLEND

  • 摘要: 通过10kg小焦炉结焦性实验,对煤岩参数与煤的结焦性关系进行了研究,提出了炼焦配煤的煤岩参数及ΣI-Rr,m-Rr直方图配煤法。结果表明,当单种煤的惰性组分含量ΣI=20%~35%、镜质组平均随机反射率Rr,m=1.15%~1.35%时,煤具有良好的结焦性。北京焦化厂用ΣI-Rr,m-Rr直方图配煤法指导炼焦配煤,提高了焦炭质量,获得了较好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Coal petrologic parameters of coal applied to coking blend and the coal blending method of ΣI-Rr,m-Rr histogram are suggested through experiment using 10kg small-size coke oven and study on the relationship between coal petrologic parameters and coking properties.The results show that a single kind of coal with inertinite 20%~35% and mean random reflectance of vitrinite 1.15%~1.35% is of large coking potential.Adopting the coal blending method of ΣI-Rr,m-Rr histogram,Beijing coke & chemical factory obtains high-grade coke and beneficial economic returm.
