火车岭隧道围岩大变形问题及治理

The large deformation and control strategy of Huocheling tunnel

  • 摘要: 在现场调研、工程地质勘察和应力分析基础上,研究了在建的十漫高速公路火车岭隧道施工中出现的大变形问题。结果表明,导致大变形发生的原因主要是岩性、偏压和两郧断裂构造作用等。大变形治理及后续开挖施工时,不能依赖围岩的自承能力,必须增加初期支护的强度和刚度,增大预留变形量,同时及时进行二次衬砌来承担部分荷载,特殊地段可进行适当的地表治理。实践证明,整治后的大变形由最大1.6 m降低到不足20 mm,治理措施同时适用于十漫沿线其他大跨度公路隧道大变形问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on the field investigation,engineering geological exploration and stress analysis,the large deformation of Huocheling tunnel is studied.The large deformation is mainly due to rock properties,unsymmetrical load and tectonic effect of the Yunxi-Yunxian fault.The methods adopted treat it were enhancing the rigidity and strength of primary support system,increasing the perform deformation,completing the secondary lining in time,and carrying out the necessary remediation on the ground surface of specially region.The results showed that the large deformation reduced from 1600 mm to less-than 20 mm after remediation and the control strategy is applicable to the surrounding rock influenced by Yunxi-Yunxian fault.
