Application of foam drilling technology in Gobi desert

  • 摘要: 我国西部戈壁荒漠干旱缺水,钻探成本高。为解决此问题,研究制造了自行越野型的泡沫钻探设备,采取相应的泡沫钻探工艺,在干燥松散的覆盖层中钻进,机械钻速在4m/h以上;在裂隙极发育的砂岩中钻进,取心率接近100%。

     

    Abstract: In the western part of our country the Gobi desert is most dry area,where drilling engineering is difficult and the cost is high.A truck mounted foam-drilling equipment is researched and produced in order to involve this problem.Meanwhile,a suitable foam drilling equipment is researched using related foam drilling technology.With this set of equipment in the dry and loose over-burden area never occur collapse accident during drilling operation.The mechanical drilling velocity of equipment is above 4 m/h and coring rate is near 100% in the fracture developed sandstone area.The benefit of this equipment is obvious.
