SELECTING OF MATERIALS FOR CLAY CEMENT SLURRY

  • 摘要: 为了首次制定出具有中国特色的CL-C型浆液材料选择的技术标准,首先研究了CL-C型浆液的凝结过程及主要化学反应,然后根据注浆工程对浆液的要求及研究的CL-C型浆液的三态变化特点,结合近8年来在华东地区施工的6个大型注浆工程所选用的CL-C型浆液材料的理化特征、注浆效果,通过进一步分析研究与应用,提出了CL-C型浆液材料使用的粘土选择宜采用8项、水泥选择宜采用3项、水玻璃选择宜采用2项、水选择宜采用2项等浆液材料选择技术标准。

     

    Abstract: To make out the first technology standard with China characteristic for selecting CL-C slurry materials, it begins with the study of the slurry congeal process and main chemical reactions. Then according to the engineering requirements on slurry physical and three state changes in the studied CL-C slurry and combined with the slurry physical and chemical properties and the result in the application of six slurry engineering injections in recent eight year in China East, this paper presents 8 kinds of clays and 3 kinds of cements and 2 kinds of water glass and 2 kinds of waters suitable to be used as selection technical standard for CL-C slurry injection materials.
