煤层钻进的现状和发展方向

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPING DIRECTION OF DRILLING IN COAL SEAM

  • 摘要: 煤层钻进是煤矿地质工作的重要方面。随着煤矿开采技术的发展,煤层钻进水平也有了很大的提高。现在,发达国家不仅能钻出1500m以上的水平勘探孔,和200~600m的大口径工程孔,还能运用稳定器或螺杆钻,有效地控制钻孔方向,运用多功能测井仪,对多项地质参数和工程参数进行测定。我国由于煤矿开采技术发展较慢,煤层钻进研究才刚刚起步。预计在"八·五"期间,无论在设备、工艺和仪表的研究方面,还是在实际钻进水平方面,都将会取得较大的发展。

     

    Abstract: Drilling in coal seam (DCS) is an important aspect of geological work in coal mining.As the development of mining technology for coal,now,in many countries,not only horizontal exploration holes of more than 1500 meters in depth and big engineering holes of 200~600 meters in depth can be drilled,but also the direction of drilling can be efficiently controlled by using stabilizer apparatus or Dyna-drill.In China the study of DCS has just begun.We think that in the coming five years,the equipments,technology and instruments of DCS will be developed.
