多年冻结岩石钻进工艺研究

Technology of drilling in permanently frozen rock

  • 摘要: 钻孔温度特性是影响多年冻结岩石钻进工艺的主要因素之一。描述了不同温度下,多年冻结区钻孔周围融化带发展的规律和特点。从钻井液成分、温度、流态、钻进时间、钻速等方面分析了开孔工艺特点。依据不同冲洗液温度时融化区直径与钻头直径比和冲洗液用量的关系,讨论了冲洗液用量的优化。提出据套管直径、钻头直径、冲洗液温度确定套管许用温度,提高冻结岩石中固孔质量的建议。

     

    Abstract: When drilling in frozen rock,the temperature in borehole is one of the main factors influencing drilling technology.The rule and characteristic of the defrosting zone's development around the borehole at different temperature levels are depicted.Characteristics of technology of starting a hole are analyzed from the drilling fluid's components,temperature and flow regime,and from drilling time and rate as well.According to the relation between the temperature and the ratio of the diameter of the defrosting zone to that of the drilling bit,the volume of washing fluid is optimized.The permissible temperature of casing is determined by the diameters of casing and drilling bit and the temperature of washing fluid.Suggestions on improving the quality of cementing in frozen rock are brought forward.
