Abstract: Based on the analysis of geological background,hydrogeological conditions,geochemical and geo-physical characteristics of the Laozi Mountain geothermal mining area,it is considered that in the Laozi Mountain geothermal mining area the geothermal resources are controlled by the structures,and the geothermal resources in the region are deep-cycle caused and the shallow type of mid to low-temperature geothermal water resources;Geothermal resources have cover,heat reservoir,heat sourse,heat transfer and access conditions,which will be the base of the further exploration and development of geothermal resources in Laozi Mountain mining area.
