A discussion on sequence stratigraphic resolution

  • 摘要: 从理论上初步探讨了层序地层的分辨率问题。论证了层序地层对形成年代的时间分辨能力不高于其所依据的和所采用具体方法的时间分辨能力,空间的分辨能力受其所用资料的限制而有所不同,介于资料的最高分辨率和最低分辨率之间,而且具有不均衡性。最后,对如何提高层序地层的分辨率作了讨论。
    Abstract: The sequence stratigraphic resolution is discussed theoretically.The sequence stratigraphy bounded by unconformity, and the cause of sequence formation is contacted with many factors. It is demonstrated the sequence stratigraphy chronic resolution capability is not superior to concrete approach which the sequence stratigraphy depend on; space resolution capability of the sequence stratigraphy is restricted by variant data, between with the supremacy resolution capability and undermost resolution capability, disproportionably. Finally, it is discussed how to enhance the resolution capability of sequence stratigraphy.
