Abstract: Considering that the trend variation of potential field occurs in not only horizontal direction but vertical direction as well,we will mainly discuss,in the paper,how to dissociate potential field anomaly using 3-D trend analysis method.In the end,two examples,which powerfully support the dissociating method,are given.
