淮北闸河矿区闭坑矿井水害评价及其防控技术体系

Evaluation of goaf water hazard and its prevention and control technology of abandoned coal mines in Zhahe mining area of Huaibei

  • 摘要: 随着我国浅部煤炭资源枯竭及国家去产能政策实施,闭坑矿井数量逐年增加,矿井闭坑后,停止抽排地下水,会对邻近生产矿井产生水害威胁。以淮北闸河矿区闭坑矿井为研究对象,对闭坑矿井水位回升进行了预测,对矿区主采煤层抗拉强度进行了综合评价,最后对矿界煤柱安全性进行了评价。研究结果表明,目前矿界煤柱宽度不能满足安全需求,为此建立了闭坑矿井水害综合防控技术体系,主要包括:闭坑矿井积水过程监测、井下钻孔探查预疏、泄水巷道超前排水、过水巷道挡水闸墙设置、井下明渠流量动态监测、闭坑矿井井筒充填与加固、老窑边界综合探查与治理等技术,最终实现了受闭坑矿井水害威胁的相邻矿井的安全生产,取得了显著经济效益和社会效益,研究结果能为国内类似闭坑矿井水害防治提供依据和方法。

     

    Abstract: With the depletion of shallow coal resources and the implementation of the national coal production capacity reduction policy, the number of closed mines has increased year by year. Groundwater will not be drained any more after the coal mine is closed, and this will threaten the adjacent active coal mine. The abandoned coal mines in Zhahe mining area of Huaibei were taken as the research targets, and the recovery of the water level in the closed mines was predicted, and the tensile strength of the main coal seam was evaluated comprehensively. Finally, the safety of the mine was evaluated. The results show that the coal pillar width could not meet the safety requirements at present. So, the comprehensive prevention and control system of water hazard in closed mines were established. The system includes:water accumulation process monitoring of abandoned coal mines, borehole exploration and pre drainage of goaf water, advance drainage of draining laneway, setting of gate wall for over water tunnel, dynamic monitoring of downhole open channel flow, shaft filling and reinforcement and comprehensive exploration and governance of old and small coal mine boundary. Finally, the safe mining of adjacent mines threatened by the water hazard of closed mines has been realized, and significant economic and social ben-efits have been achieved. The research results can provide a basis and method for preventing similar water disasters in closed mines in China.
