老矿区煤炭资源可持续开发的创新与突破——以大同塔山双纪煤田矿井建设为例

  • 摘要: 煤炭资源枯竭趋势迫使煤炭企业积极寻求老矿区可持续发展之路。大同煤矿集团(简称同煤集团)结合国内外煤炭市场形势与企业发展实际,针对老矿区双纪(石炭-二叠纪、侏罗纪)煤田煤炭资源可持续开发面临的地质开采难点与技术挑战,以创新开发规划理念、突破技术难题为切入点,实现了战略规划创新和关键技术难题的重大突破,构建了塔山双纪煤田千万吨级现代化矿井建设模式。塔山矿区创新开发取得的成效,彰显了同煤集团致力于优化存量资源配置、扩大优质增量供给以及实现供需动态平衡的实际措施,展示了传统煤炭产业的变革发展方式,同时也对同类型矿区现代化矿井建设具有借鉴价值和指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The trend of coal resource exhaustion compels coal enterprises to actively seek the way of sustainable development of old mining areas. Combining the domestic and international coal market situation and the actual development of enterprises, Datong Coal Mine Group based on geological mining difficulties and technical challenges for the sustainable development of coal resources in old mining area double periods coalfield, taking the innovation and development of the planning concept and breaking through the technical problems as the breakthrough point, achieved a major breakthrough in strategic planning innovation and key technical problems, and built the construction mode of a modernized coal mine with capacity of ten millions tons in Tashan coalfield. The achievements made by the innovation and development of Tashan mining area demonstrate the practical measures that Datong Coal Mine Group has devoted to optimizing the allocation of stock resources, expanding high-quality incremental supply and realizing the dynamic balance between supply and demand. It also shows the transformation and development of the traditional coal industry. At the same time, Tashan construction mode also has reference value and guiding significance for the modern mine construction of the same type of mining area.
