鄂尔多斯盆地东缘煤层气钻井实践与认识

Practice and understanding of coalbed methane drilling in the east edge of Ordos basin

  • 摘要: 为解决鄂尔多斯盆地东缘煤层气区块钻井过程中所遇到的裂缝性漏失、井壁坍塌、机械钻速低等实际难题,从地质条件入手,分析出困难所产生的特点与原因,采用室内分析与现场试验相结合的研究方法,提出相应处理措施。为提高整体开发效率,对丛式井组和井身轨迹进行优化,形成保持井壁稳定且降低储层损害的绒囊钻井液体系;对于裂缝性漏失,研制出准确测定漏点的5参数测试仪,在此基础上以封堵泥浆为重点研究对象,经实践形成针对不同漏失规模和漏速的封堵技术。目前,研究成果已成功指导该区500余口煤层气井的钻井工作。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problems such as fracture leakage, well collapse, low mechanical drilling speed and so on in the process of drilling in the eastern margin of the Ordos basin, the paper analyzed the causes and features of these drilling difficulties from the geological conditions, using laboratory analysis and field test to put forward effective measures. To improve the overall development efficiency, cluster well group and well trajectory were optimized, drilling fluid system consisting of velvet pouch which maintains the stability of borehole wall and reduces reservoir damage was formulated. Aiming at fracture leakage, the tester of five parameters which can accurately determinate leakage point was developed. On this basis, with blocking slurry as research object and through practice, the blocking technology was formed for different leakage scale and rate. So far, the research results have been successful to guide the drilling of about 500 CBM wells in the area.
