井下废弃疏供水设施的水闸墙壁后注浆处理方法——以赵各庄矿七水平北水洞为例

Treatment method of grouting at the back of sluice wall for abandoned water drainage and supply facilities in underground coal mine:with the north tunnel in 7th level in Zhaogezhuang coal mine as example

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下浅部输供水设施随采深加大而废弃的问题,以赵各庄矿七水平北水洞为例,论述了处理废弃疏供水设施和封堵高压奥灰水的方法及实施步骤。该项工程通过在高压动水条件下对水闸墙墙体进行壁后高压注浆,实现了赵各庄矿废弃七水平北水洞的高效和经济处理,可供类似矿井借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Feasibility analysis, design and construction methods were discussed in detail aiming at using abandoned waster drainage and supply facilities to realize single hydraulic high pressure grouting at the back of sluce wall for the purpose of blocking high pressure Ordovician limestone groundwater.This project adopted high pressure grouting at the back of sluice wall, making efficient and economic treatment in the north water tunnel at 7th level, and achieving considerable economic benefits.
